| 摘 要： | 在含磷（以状态存在）５．０μｇ／ｍｌ的５×１０￣（－３）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ钼酸铵，０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ硫酸和２０％丙酮的溶液中，以１００ｍｖ／ｓ扫速，在６００－５０ｍｖ（ｖｓＡｇ／ＡｇＣｌ电极）间，用循环扫描的电化学修饰法，制备了单分子层的１∶１２磷钼杂多酸阴离子薄膜修饰玻碳电极（ＰＭ＿（０１２）电极）。用循环伏安法进一步研究了电极性能，并应用本法测定桑叶中，总磷，相对标准偏差（ｎ＝５）为０．６％；加标回收率为９８．６９－１００．３％；检测限为０．０５μｇ／ｍｌ。本法还可应用于其它含磷试样的分析。
