安庆地区女生月经初潮与家庭背景分析

报道了安庆卫校３８１名１４－１８岁女生（城镇１６１人，乡村２２０人）月经初潮年龄。结果如下：城乡初潮年龄分别为１３．２０和１３．７４岁，城镇早于乡村，差异极显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）。本文还发现，初潮年龄、经期症状与父母职业、文化程度和出生地密切。并与有关资料进行了比较，对差异的可能原因进行了讨论。作者还对青春期教育问题提出了建议。

AN ANALYSIS OF THE RELATION BETWEEN FAMILY BACKGROUND AND MENARCHE OF GIRLS IN ANQING AREA

The article reports the age of menarche of 381 girls between 14 years old and 18 years old in Anqing Medical School (among them, 161 girls are from cities and towns and 220 from the countryside). The study result shows that there is a marked difference in the age of menarche between the girls from towns and cities and the girls from the countryside, the average age of menarche of the former and that of the later are 13.20 and 13.72 respectively (P<0.01). Moreover the age of menarche and the menstrual symptoms are closely related to parents' occupations, education level and birthplace. The author also compares the study findings with relative data and discusses the possible reasons that make the difference between town and country in the age of menarche and finally makes some suggestions about adolescence education.
