摘    要:本文采用实证研究方法,对芜湖市12家饭店的员工满意度进行调查,发现员工满意度普遍较低,并对相关的企业因素、个人因素和工作因素作了比较分析,同时提出了相应的对策.

Abstract:Through an empirical study,the author took a research on the employee satisfaction degree of 12 hotels in Wuhu and found that the employee satisfaction degree was very low.A comparative analysis on the factors of enterprises,personal attributes and work environment is given in this paper.Meanwhile,some countermeasures are also put forward.
