| 摘 要： | 采用因子分析法与GIS方法,对皖江城市带20个省级经济技术开发区的土地利用集约水平进行评价.结果表明,皖江城市带开发区土地利用集约度总体较低,在空间上并未表现出明显的地区差异分布规律,且开发区土地利用集约度与地区经济发展水平不相关.在此基础上,进一步分析了开发区土地利用粗放可能存在的原因,指出了下一步提高开发区土地利用集约度的大致方向.

| Abstract: | By means of factor and GIS analysis,the paper is to assess the intensive use of land in 20 economic and technological development zones in Wanjiang urban belt.The results show that the overall level of land use intensity of development zones in Wanjiang urban belt is low,and no distinct spatial difference. Moreover,there is no corresponding relationship between land use intensity of development zones and its local economic development level.On that basis,this paper further analyzes the possible reason of land extensive use of development zones,and shows the right direction to enhance the land use intensity of development zones in Wanjiang urban belt. |
