| 摘 要： | 研究生阶段的教育重在培养他们的研究能力,而学位论文能全面地衡量研究生的综合水平,因此要狠抓研究生的培养质量和学位论文工作.作为管理部门,可以从研究生的学位课程设置与更新、严格把好论文选题与开题、实行论文写作进度自评与监控、加强论文外送盲审与预答辩、引进竞争激励机制,开展优秀论文评选等五个方面加强管理.

| Abstract: | The emphasis of postgraduate education is on the cultivation of students' research ability.And thesis can reflect students' comprehensive abilities in an overall way.Therefore,attention should be paid to the improvement of postgraduate education quality and thesis writing.To achieve this,the administrative department can strengthen their administration from the following five aspects: course offering and renewing,thesis planning,self-evaluation and supervision of thesis writing progress,thesis assessment by professors from other universities and preview of oral defense,and the introduction of competing and encouraging mechanism and selection of excellent theses. |
