| Abstract: | On the basis of analysed some documents and information, this artical looks into developing general situation,character, trend and editorial position and quality of the overseas scientific and technological periodicals.
Then, it contacts the actual situation of Chinese scientific and technological Periodicals and put forward some enlightening guidance about the grogressive direction of the young editors. |
