| 摘 要： | 发展小城镇是目前大力推进中国农村城镇化的一个核心战略.但在小城镇发展的过程中,存在着点多面广,遍地开花,缺乏重点规划等众多问题,从而造成比"城市病"危害性更大的"农村病".本文认为各地区应根据自身特点大力发展重点小城镇,以点带面,实行梯度开发战略.同时,以欠发达地区安徽省庐江县为例,构建了重点小城镇综合能力评价体系,并运用因子分析法、层次分析法(AHP)对庐江县小城镇进行综合能力评价,确定重点小城镇及其发展模式.

| Abstract: | Developing small town is a great strategy for improving Chinese rural urbanization at present. But there exists a lot of problems during developing small town. We consider that it is necessary for developing priority small towns, with which impetus the development of the whole region. Taking Lujiang county of Anhui province as a case, this paper concepts comprehensive evaluation indicator of priority small town. And evaluates development level of Lujiang county's small towns with factor analytical method and AHP. At the same time,the priority small towns of Lujiang county was selected for developing presently and choice their development pattern were decided. |
