| Abstract: | The paper expounded the training adaptation mechanism of sports training,dialectical relationship of internal and external cause,the process from quantitative change to quality change,whole and part during sports training.In view of these dialectical relationships in sports training,the necessity of implementation sports training monitoring was proposed. |
