微波辐照对硅酸溶胶胶凝过程的影响

摘    要:利用微波辐照对硅酸溶胶进行胶凝实验,发现微波辐照可使硅酸溶胶的凝聚速度大大加快.通过物理参数的对比测定,发现在微波照射条件下可得到更大的表面积和细小孔径的硅胶.对一定浓度的硅酸溶胶进行不同时间照射,探讨了微波凝聚作用机制.

Abstract:It is our endeavour to do gelation experiment on silicic acid sol by means of sedimentation conbining microwave rediation. We have found that, on the same conditions, the gelation rate of silicic acid sol under microwave radiation much faster than that one prepared by conventional method. Having measured both of their physical paraments and made comparison of them, we found that the silicic sol partieles formed under microwave radiation have bigger specific surface area and stranger adsorption ability than that one formed from non microwave methods. Some silicic acid sol of definite concentration are irradiated with indifinite time under microwave radiation for the purpose of probing into the machanism of gelation under microwave radiation.
