| 摘 要： | 篮球意识是指篮球运动员在从事篮球实践活动中,包括学习篮球理论知识、练习技术、战术和参加比赛,经过大脑积极思维过程而产生的一种正确反映篮球运动规律性的特殊机能和能力.它是篮球运动的灵魂,必须把它贯穿到整个训练过程中,从细小的环节开始,一点一滴的培养,并不断地总结、提高、丰富,才能逐步形成较高的篮球意识,并对提高篮球运动水平起着重要作用.

| Abstract: | Basketball consciousness means that the basketball athlete, in the basketball practice induling basketball theory study, skill and tackics practice and match participation, through an active thinking process of the brain produces a kind of special function and ability which correctly reflects the basketball movement regularity. It is the soul of basketball and must be let run through the whole training course. By ting link and continuous summariztion, improvement, the relatively high basketball consciousness can be gradually formed. And thus it plays a very important role in improving the basketball movement level. |
