| 摘 要： | 本文从当今国际、国内逐渐兴起的终身体育教育出发，根据我国现阶段群众体育发展的现状，阐述了以终身体育为指导，使群众体育与终身体育接轨，才能更好地、广泛地开展群众体育活动，丰富人民群众的业余文化生活，实现建设体育强国的目标．

| Abstract: | In this article,the author starts from the ideas which put much emphasis on lifelong physical education and is becoming more and more popular in the world .It is based on the present situation of the mass physical education in china expounds that,only when we can follow the guidance of lifelong physical ecucation rule and juoin it to the mass physical education can we carry out mass sports actvities widely and better,and enrich the spare time living of the people,so that can we bring our acms of developing our country into a physics power come into reality. |
