| 摘 要： | 高校旅游管理专业实习是应用型人才培养的必然要求,是教学中不可缺少的环节,它不仅是毕业生向行业和社会过渡的重要桥梁,也是增强学生实践能力、创造能力和就业能力的重要手段.但高校旅游毕业生与行业所需的人才仍然存在供需错位的矛盾,这需要对旅游管理专业实习进行管理上的创新.本文从高校旅游管理专业实习存在的诸多问题入手,提出从实习模式、实习流程、实习评价体系等对专业实习管理进行创新,构建适合行业需要的严谨、科学、规范的实习管理模式.
