由糠醛合成2-呋喃丙烯酸

摘    要:对合成2-呋喃丙烯酸的方法进行了改进:在卤仿反应发生后,酸化前用还原剂亚硫酸的氢钠除去过量的次氯酸钠,产物收率比直接酸化的55%上升为82%,纯度为95%,重结晶后纯度达到99.1%。经红外,质谱,碳氢数据分析的符合要求。

Abstract:The synthesis of furanacrylic acid is improved by the fallowing method, After the halofurm reaction and before furanacrylic sodium is acidified,the eccess of hypochlorite have been removed with certain reduction agent of sodium bisulfite. The yield of furanacylic acid is 82% and the yield of furanacrylic and is 55% when acidifing directly. The Purity of product is 95%. After recrystallization the purity of Product is increased to 99.1%.The Product was checked by IR Spectrum.Ms spectrum and elementary analyisis.
