浙江省民营经济体育投资体制与政策环境的研究

研究目的:完善民营经济体育投资政策与体制、建立健康有序地投资环境.方法:经浙江省六市体育局、十二个民营企业进行经济体育投资状况问卷与实地调查;查阅民营经济体育投资政策文献资料;走访经济投资理财专家.结论:浙江省民营经济体育投资额较过去有明显的增加;民企投资体制有待改进与完善、政府投资政策缺乏灵活,滞后于市场;传统体制、国企过度垄断、法制不健全、维权因难等因素,制约了民营经济快速进入体育产业,影响民企投资的热情.

Study on Sports Investment System and Policy Environment of Zhejiang Province Non-State-Operated Economy

Purpose: to provide the scientific theory basis for the further perfect non-state-operated economy sports investment in policy and system and establish a healthy order investment environment.Methods: made a questionaire and a survey about sports investment economy and its benefits in Sports Bureau and 12 non-governmental enterprises of 6 cities in Zhejiang province and consult document deta and visit some experts who are good at economy investment.Conclusion:Zhejiang Province invested more in the non-state-operated economic sports than it did last year.But the people anxiously expects investment system having much room for improving and perfecting.The government investing policy has less flexibility and syagnates late than the marketplace;Tradition system,excessive monopoly of state-owned enterprise,legal institutions factors such as faulty,difficult to defend rights and interests,have restricted non-state-operated economy fleet entrance sports estate,the fervency affecting a people anxiously expecting the investment field.
