摘    要:通过单脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱技术(LIBS),测定了CuSO4水溶液中微量重金属元素Cu的LIBS光谱.研究Cu原子LIBS光谱信号的时间演化特性,激光功率密度对LIBS光谱信号的影响,测定Cu元素浓度在31.25ppm到1000ppm区域内变化时324.75nm谱线的强度,由定标曲线拟合结果得到铜元素的检测限为23ppm.

Abstract:The LIBS of trace heavy metal element copper in CuSO4 solution was measured by the single-pulse laser technique.The time evolution properties of the Cu LIBS signal,the dependence of the LIBS signal of Cu 324.75nm spectral line on the laser power density and the concentration of Cu from 31.25ppm to 1000ppm in the CuSO4 solution were also investigated.The LIBS detection limit of Cu in the solution was determined to be 23ppm from the measured calibration curve.
