| 摘 要： | 本文是在课题产地调查的基础皮响水涧抽水蓄能电站工程建设规模和工程区植物资源的现状为依据，论述了电站工程的兴建对本区植被的影响，并就如何减少植破坏、防止生态失衡提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the on the spot investigation,the pumping water and storing energy power station project,scale and the current situation of plant resources of the project area,this paper discussed the influence of the power station on the vegetation and presents some suggestions about how to decrease the destroyment of the vegetation and how to prevent ecological imbalance. |
