射频CO2激光器串行电极系统的实验研究

摘    要:本文利用射频(RF)电压探针测量并分析了串行电极上的电压分布,结果表明串行电极系统上的电压分布服从传输线理论,因此我们认为可将电极和受激等离子体看成有耗平行双线传输线,这为利用抗电法设计串行电极系统的均压分布提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:With voltage probe, RF voltage along electrodes is measured and analysed forradio frequency(RF)excited fast axial flow CO_2 laser. We find that the distribution ofRF voltage on the electrodes is consistent with transmission line theory. So we regard aserial elctrode system and exited plasma as a dissipative parallel-double-line transmis-sion line.It's an important evidence to make use of reactive method to design uniformRF voltage along the electrode.
