基于EOD模式的朱家林田园综合体规划研究

田园综合体是在城乡一体格局下，顺应农村供给侧结构改革、社会经济全面发展的一种可持续性模式. 生态导向发展（EOD）模式侧重于区域生态的多元价值，更适用于田园综合体总体规划方案. 本文以朱家林田园综合体为研究对象，以水资源保障为核心，对朱家林资源环境压力进行解析，提出基于EOD模式的生态保护和田园综合体开发规划，并对其实施成效进行测评. 研究发现综合体水质明显改善，水资源总量充裕，水资源利用率提高. 

Planning Zhujialin pastoral complex based on the EOD model

Pastoral complex is a sustainable model for rural supply-side structural reform and comprehensive development of social economy, under the urban-rural integration project. EOD model focuses on multiple parameters of regional ecology and is more suitable for overall planning of pastoral complex. The environmental and resources pressure at Zhujialin pastoral complex was analyzed, with water resource security as core. Ecological protection and pastoral complex development plan by EOD model was proposed, and its implementation was evaluated. Water quality at the complex was found to be improved significantly. Total amount of water resources was abundant, with increased utilization rate of water resources.
