| 摘 要： | 利用劳动人口接受教育的总年限作为人力资本总量的度量,细致地分析了劳动人口素质和数目对人力资本总量增长的贡献,同时讨论了高中、大学招生数和人口等指标对其的影响,并对中国1995-2005年劳动人口素质和人力资本进行了实证分析和动态预测,考察了中国近几年教育扩展和人口变动对人力资本增长的贡献.

| Abstract: | As an index of the calculation of human capital, Labor's schooling years are used to analyse the contributions of the quality and quantity of labor to human capital. Then the factors that influence human capital are discussed. These factors contain education enrollment, population, etc.. Also, a positive research of China from 1995 to 2005 is carried on and the effects of education expansion and population increase on human capital are investigated. |
