菲(PHE)短期暴露对斑马鱼(Branchydanio rerio)繁殖行为及产卵、受精、孵化和仔鱼死亡率的影响

摘    要:研究了菲(PHE)短期暴露对斑马鱼(Branchydanio rerio)繁殖行为及其产卵量、受精率、孵化率和仔鱼死亡率的影响.将性成熟的斑马鱼分别暴露于PHE质量浓度ρ(PHE)为0、0.05、0.5、5、50μg.L-1的水中7 d后,将其配对进行繁殖,录制配对次日光照开始0.5 h内的繁殖行为,统计产卵量、受精率、受精卵3 d内的孵化率以及仔鱼7 d内的死亡率.与对照组相比,高ρ(PHE)(>0.5μg.L-1)对斑马鱼的繁殖行为抑制作用显著(P<0.05),而低ρ(PHE)(≤0.5μg.L-1)对斑马鱼繁殖行为的影响较为微弱(P>0.05).ρ(PHE)>0.05μg.L-1的能够显著降低斑马鱼的产卵量和受精率(P<0.01).PHE对斑马鱼孵化率的影响,表现出低ρ(PHE)促进卵的孵化,但这种作用随着ρ(PHE)的升高而逐渐降低,高ρ(PHE)反而抑制卵的孵化.ρ(PHE)对仔鱼死亡率的影响,则没有表现出明显的相关性.

Abstract:The effects of PHE exposure on zebra fish (Branchydanio rerio) reproductive behavior, spawning, fertilization rate, incubation rate and next generation larva mortality were examined. Sexually mature zebra fish were exposed to water containing PHE at 0, 0.05, 0. 5,5, 50 μg·L~(-1) respectively for 7 days,then were mated to reproduce. Reproductive behavior was immediately video-recorded after 30 min lighting the day after mating. The spawn amount, fertilization rate, incubation rate of the fertilized spawns within 3 days and larva mortality within 7 days were recorded and statistically analyzed. Compared with control group with PHE at 0, higher PHE level(ρ>0.5 μg·L~(-1)) significantly inhibited zebra fish reproductive behavior (P<0.05), while lower PHE level (ρ≤0.5 μg·L~(-1)) showed no clear influence (P>0.05). PHE prominently reduced the amount of spawns and fertilization rate(P<0.01)at ρ>0.05 μg·L~(-1). At low concentration, PHE promoted the incubation of spawns, but this effect became weaker with the increase of PHE concentration. At high PHE level, the incubation was, on the contrary, hibited. Moreover, there were no conspicuous correlations between PHE concentration and first generation larva mortality within 7 days.
