| 摘 要： | 为探讨高血压、高脂血症与糖尿病(DM)、糖耐量异常(IGT)的关系，根据北京师范大学离退休人员体检结果及门诊病历，统计了DM，IGT合并高血压、高脂血症．结果显示，DM合并高血压、高脂血症与无高血糖的高血压、高脂血症的患者相比患病率显著增加(P＜0．01)；而新发生的DM和IGT与既往DM在高血压、高脂血症患病率上无显著差异(P＞0．05)．可见，DM合并高血压、高脂血症不仅发生率高，而且发生较早．

| Abstract: | To probe into the correlations between hypertension, hyperlipohemia and diabetes mellitus(DM),impaired glucose toierance(IGT), the cases of DM,IGT incorporated hypertension, hyperlipohemia based on the results of physical examination and outpatient case history of emeriti and retired people are counted up. Compared with hypertension, hyperlipohemia without hyperglycemia,the morbidity of new DM incorporated hypertension, hyperlipohemia is increased significantly ( P <0.01). But there is no siginificant difference in morbidity beteewn past and new DM, IGT( P >0.05). Therefore, DM incorporated hypertention, hyperlipohemia occur earlier and have a high morbidity. |
