河北怀来县农业生态经济分区研究

河北怀来县毗邻首都北京,其生态环境退化严重.能否改善其日益恶化的生态环境,实现区域可持续发展与首都北京的生态安全休戚相关.基于怀来县地形地貌变化较大的特点,结合其社会经济与农业生产现状,本文运用聚类分析方法,将怀来县分为5个农业生态经济区:分别是官厅水库渔业、生态旅游综合发展区、西部河川粮果菜主产区、中部丘陵粮果牧渔综合发展区、西北部河川丘陵牧粮菜综合发展区、南北两山牧果林综合发展区.同时,探讨了各分区农业生态经济的发展方向、途径和对策,以期为因地制宜地发展区域农业、保护生态环境提供理论依据.

STUDY ON THE AGROECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC REGIONALIZATION IN HUAILAI COUNTY, HEBEI PROVINCE

Huailai County,Hebei province is a neighboring county to Beijing,the capital of China.Its ecological environment is heavily degraded.It is mostly interrelated with the ecological safety of Beijing that whether the degrading environment should be improved or not and whether the region should develop sustainably or not.Considering the greatly changed physiognomy and the character of social economy and agricultural production,Huailai County should be divided into five agroecological-economic regions.They are the fishery-ecotourism agroecological-economic region in Guanting Reservoir,the food-fruit-vegetation agroecological-economic region in west river valley plain,the food-fruithusbandry-fishery agroecological-economic region in middle hill,the husbandry-food-fruit agroecological-economic region in northwestward river valley plain & hill,and the husbandry-fruit-forest agroecological-economic region in south and north mountains.At the same time,the development orientation,approach and countmeasure of each agroecological-economic region are discussed.This should be helpful to regional agriculture development and ecological environment protection.
