摘    要:提出了一种测量X光透镜性能的新方法--散射法.该方法可以在多能量点同时测量X光透镜的性能.利用该方法测量了X光透镜的传输效率和焦斑大小,并将结果与以往加吸收片法作了比较,从实验上证明了这种方法的可行性与优越性.

Abstract:The characteristics of X-ray lens can be measured by means of the scattering of X-ray. The merit of this method is that the characteristics of X-ray lens in different energy can be measured at the same time. The transmission efficiency and the focal spot size of X-ray lens are measured in this way. The results are compared with the commonly-used method. Therefore the feasibility and superiority of this method is testified through experiment.
