| Abstract: | The instructional characters of the public elective course of astronomy are discussed. It should be pointed out that the present elective course of astronomy must have the flavor of the times. That is, teaching must be closely integrated with scientific research and other disciplines, and traditional teaching methods must be combined with modern methods. |
