载银羟基磷灰石的制备及抗菌性能

摘    要:利用微弧氧化及水热合成在钛片、钛合金基体上制备二氧化钛羟基磷灰石复合涂层,然后利用电子束及离子注入对此涂层进行改性,制备了具有抗菌性能的载银羟基磷灰石复合涂层.借助X射线衍射、扫描电镜对样品进行了分析.最后针对大肠杆菌和金葡萄球菌对载银羟基磷灰石涂层进行了抗菌实验,抗菌效果良好.

Abstract:The titanium/hydroxyapatite coatings were prepared by microarc oxidation and hydrothermal synthesis.The coatings were modified using electron beam and ion implantation.The microstructure and compositions of the coatings were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The antibacterial effect of the samples were estimated by in vitro tests.Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus were used in the tests.The antibacterial effect of the modified film is good.
