北京师大新生ALT和HBV血清标志物分析

ANALYSIS OF ALT AND HBV SERUM MARKERS FOR THE 1994~1996 FRESHMEN

ALT and HBV serum markers of 4282 of the 1994 ~1996 freshmen at Beijing Normal Univercity were analyzed. The result indicats: the HBsAg positives make up 13.4%which is signficnatiy different from that of other univercities in China (P<0.05). The number of the HBsAg positives shows a descending hod in those 3 years. The number of the positives of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb respectively is in a rising state. The analysis suggestS that all of the freshmen receive ALT and HBsAg tests and the HBsAg carries re-tests of HBsAg, HBsAb,HBeAg, HBeAb, HBcAb each and the students with an infections disease receive a public health education. Some measures be taken, in order to control apreading of HBV level. The descending number of the ALT and HBsAg positives shows that the health conditions of the university students are improving year by year.
