| 摘 要： | 为探究重庆都市区的职住关系,采用了数据挖掘技术和GIS技术,构建了基于百度热力图数据的职住关系指数的度量方法,以北京作为对比,来分析重庆都市区的职住关系和空间特征.研究表明,与北京严重职住分离现象不同,重庆都市区的职住关系总体较好,多数组团处于平衡区间,只有部分地区产生了明显的就业或者居住集中.

| Abstract: | A j ob-housing balance measure based on Baidu thermodynamic diagram was constructed.Such work was applied to the j ob-housing relation and spatial characteristics in Chongqing metropolitan area and compared with Beijing.Chongqing job-housing relation was found to be in general,most groups were in the balance interval. Only a small number of areas showed apparent employment-concentration or housing-concentration.This is due to application of the theory of production and city development in new town construction and j ob-housing balance. The present paper provides an example of urban planning and development research. |
