摘    要:针对传统波浪水槽难以满足植物长期暴露于波浪环境的生理生化响应研究的实验瓶颈,本研究利用曲柄连杆机构研制了一套模拟植物长期暴露于浅水波环境的室内实验装置,用于探究盐沼植物长期暴露于波浪参数可控的浅水波中的生理生化响应过程. 盐沼植物种植于3个流线型盒子中,植物部分淹没于实验水箱中,该装置可以带动植物在水平方向做速度为正弦函数的往复运动,模拟浅水波中水质点的相对运动. 该实验装置精确度高、稳定性好,为用于生态护岸的盐沼植物长期暴露于浅水波环境中的生理生化响应研究提供了有效的实验工具.

Abstract:Due to difficulty for traditional flume wave maker to meet requirements to study plant response to long-term wave exposure,a long-term shallow water wave environmental simulator was built on crank-yoke mechanism,to explore physiological and biochemical responses of salt marsh plants after long-term wave exposure.Three streamlined containers with samples of salt marsh plants were partially submerged in a test tank,which undertook horizontal sinusoidal motions imposed by a crank-yoke mechanism to mimic plants exposed to shallow water waves.This system was found to be of high accuracy and stability,and was effective to study physiological and biochemical responses of salt-marsh plants exposed to long-term shallow water waves.
