环状碘鎓盐光引发体系的研究

摘    要:合成了3种环状碘鎓盐,表征了它们的紫外吸收光谱特征,研究了碘盐-酮-胺三元引发体系引发丙烯酸?-羟乙酯(HEA)-三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)的自由基聚合,结果表明,向酮-胺体系中加入环状碘盐可大大加快聚合速度。根据实验结果,推出了光引发机理。

Abstract:Three cyclic iodonium salts having different anions were synthesized and their UV spectra were analyzed. The HEA and TMPTA free radical polymerization experiments were made which were initiated by a three-component initiating system on a new cyclic iodonium salt/ketone/amine combination. The results show that the addition of cyclic iodonium salt to the usual ketone/amine system mostly result in a increase of the rate of polymerization. The niechanism of photoinitiation was deduced from the above itsults.
