| 摘 要： | 多元化文化作为当代世界文化的一种发展潮流，在现实上它给思想政治教育带来了机遇的同时也增加了难点，为了抓好机遇，应对难点，思想政治教育必须在现实工作中创新观念，实现工作观念、工作机制、工作队伍、工作载体和工作职能五个方面的创新。
