| 摘 要： | 传统灰色局势决策在实际工作中已经得到广泛的应用，但也存在明显的理论缺陷，即将指标等权划分的问题。本文通过指标间指标值差异大小确定熵值，从而确定信息量，再对各指标赋权，并将其应用于灰色局势决策，使决策结果更具可信度。

| Abstract: | Traditional decision-making method of grey situation has been used in many fields. But it has obvious problem equal-weight. This paper decides the entropy by depth of difference of dices, measuring the information .At last, the paper gives a weight to dices by entropy-weighing method, then put it to decision-making method of grey situation ,making the result more rational. |
