摘    要:以双区理论为基础,提出了多环芳烃(PAHs) 的致癌性与其二阶对数连接性指数(lgx(II)) 之间的定量关系方程,并利用该方程计算了PAHs 的致癌性,计算值与实验的相符率达98 % 以上。

Abstract:Based on the di-region theory, this paper has put forward an equation, a quantitative relation between carcinogenicity and the second order logarithmic connectivity indices (lg x (II)) of polycyclically aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which is used to calculate the carcinogenicity of PAHs. Agreement with calculated values and experimentals is over 98%.
