摘    要:根据国家对蒸馏酒及配制酒卫生标准规定中对甲醇含量的具体要求,对食用白酒进行了去除甲醇的实验研究。将二氧化钛粉固载于玻璃微珠上制成固定式光催化剂,在紫外光照射下对白酒进行光催化反应,研究了其中甲醇降解的情况。对光催化剂涂层厚度和TiO2溶胶配比对降解甲醇的影响进行了比较。还对二氧化钛光催化降解甲醇的反应机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:According to the standard of National Standards Bureau to methanol in distilled wines and mixed wines in our country,this paper studied methanol degradation of edible distilled spirit.Titanium dioxide powder was immobilized on glass micro-bead to form fixed photo catalyst and distilled wines were irradiated by UV to perform photocatalysis reaction.Compare the methanol degradation effect of photocatalyst film thickness and TiO2 sol proportion.Additionally,the reaction mechanism of methanol degradation using TiO2 photocatalyst is discussed.
