织物散湿曲线细探

摘    要:测试了5种不同纤维品种的织物在不同保水率的情况下的散湿曲线,采用分段拟和方法,发现散湿曲线都是由很好的直线段和指数段组成。直线段斜率与纤维品种无明显关系;指数段的系数与纤维品种(尤其是表面化学组成)有较大关系;转折点处含水量与纤维品种及纱线织物结构有美。

Abstract:In this paper, the water vaporization curves of five fabrics made from different fibers, each with five different water retentivity, were got. The results of the linear regression show that each curve composes of two parts; the first part is a line, while the second is an index curve. It was found that the slopes of the lines have no direct relationship with the type of the fibers, while the coefficients of the index functions are closely related to them, esp. to the surface chemical component of the fibers. As well, the water content of the fabric at the turning point on the curve has close relationship with the type of fibers, the physical structures of the yarns and fabrics.
