| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了“信息高速公路”是现代发展的高新技术，分析了“信息高速公路”的产生与发展及对图书馆建设的影响。并提出信息技术的发展将给图书馆带来新的生机，论述了图书馆不会衰亡，而是顺应形势更快发展的道理，并提出了具体对策。
