| 摘 要： | 外部环境的变化导致了重新研究纺织工业中采购过程组织的必要性。通过分析采购过程组织的内涵以及纺织工业中采购过程的特殊性,指出了现行采购组织方法和手段的不足,提出基于后勤理论的采购过程组织的程序化规则。

| Abstract: | The change of external environment leads to the essential restudy of purchases process organization in textile industries. The nature of purchasing process organization and the special characters in the process has been analyzed. It has also discussed the shortcomings of methods of current purchasing process. Finally, the writer has presented the procedure rules in the purchasing organizations based on the logistics theories. |
