| 摘 要： | 自主创新是实现地区经济跨越式发展的有效途径，地方高校培养的研究生应成为地区自主创新的生力军。产学研协作培养是研究生创新能力培养的有效模式，本文分析了研究生协作培养的几种形式和协作单位遴选应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | Independent innovation is the effective routine to realize the local economy development by leaps and bounds. The postgraduates cultivated by local university should become the main troop of local independent innovation. Cooperate cultivation by enterprise, university and scientific research institute is the effective pattern to cultivate the innovation ability of postgraduate. This paper analyzes several forms of this cooperate cultivation and problems that should be paid attention in chosing cooperation unit. |
