| Abstract: | In accordance with design regulations, This paper has analysed the features of ventilation and smoke extraction system of basement acting as garage and room for air defence in high-rise civil buildings. It has also Presented a ventilation system model which functions as smoke extraction in fire-hazard or extraordinary ventilation in wartime, and normal ventilation in ordinary time. Finally it has expatiated on the function change-over method. |
