离子液体改性苎麻纤维性质研究

摘    要:讨论几种1甲基,3-烷基咪唑-氟硼酸类离子液体在苎麻纤维整理上的应用,用IR对整理的苎麻纤维进行了分析,发现BMIBF4,HMIBF4,OctMIBF4,DMIBF4几种离子液体可以吸附到纤维表面并渗透到纤维里面降低苎麻纤维的结晶度。同时研究了整理过的苎麻纤维的染色性和整理效果,其染色性如上染率.匀染性和透染性郝增加了,而在整理效果方面,其手感.剌痒感和易脆性也得到了改善。

Abstract:Several ionic liquids of 1-methyl,3-alkylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate are used in the finishing of ramie fiber. The finished fiber analysized by IR, found that the ionic liquids of BMIBF4, HMIBF4, OctMIBF4, DMIBF4 can be adsorbed on ramie fiber and penetrated into the fiber, which decreases the ramie fiber's crystallinity. The dyeability and finishing effect of the finished ramie fiber have been researched. After that, the ramie fiber's dyeabilities such as uptake, level-dyeing and penetrating dyeing have increased; the finishing effect such as handleness, itchyness and brittleness are improved also.
