中国经济型酒店行业竞争与策略研究

摘    要:中国经济型酒店历经14年的发展,已经形成以大品牌为龙头,大量中小型品牌以及区域品牌为主体的行业格局。本研究根据波特五力模型,从经济型酒店的行业竞争要素出发,明确经济型酒店的发展中的主要竞争对手,并提出了对中国经济型酒店的行业竞争策略建议。

Abstract:Duing its 14-year development,economy hotels in China have formed their unique pattern with big brands as the leading part and large quantities of small and medium brands as its main components.Based on Boter five competitive factors model,this research takes the competitive factors of economy hotels as the point of departure,specifies the main rivals in its development and put forward some suggestions on the competitive strategies of Chinese economy hotels.
