Abstract:The intermitent movement of the bottom dead certre on the drawing press can be got by means of multiple connection link by the outside slide.To reach a good intermitent performarce, the method of optimum design can be taken advantage of to determine the parametres such as rods lergth, angles and relative positions. In this article, we use the vector triangle method to do analysis and calculation and we do optimization to do analysis and calculation and we do optimization design in a empiric and statistic way to show a simple and proctical design procedure.
