基于激光测距的非接触式齿轮倒角轮廓测量系统

摘    要:为了满足倒角齿轮的倒角轮廓测量需求,采用先进的计算机检测与控制技术及现代化的传感器技术,研制了一种非接触式齿轮倒角轮廓激光测量系统.测量系统以计算机为控制中心,用激光位移传感器和光栅尺获取数据,利用X-Y精密移动平台实现测量位置的准确定位,实现了倒角轮廓的测量.实验表明,测量系统精度满足倒角齿轮测量的工业应用要求.
