| 摘 要： | 利用胶体晶体法沉积SiO2三维光子晶体,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和分光光度计研究该晶体的结构特性和光谱特征,考察颗粒浓度、反应温度对光子禁带的影响.结果表明:随着SiO2颗粒浓度增大,反射强度随之增大,当浓度为1.92%时,反射强度最大,进一步增加浓度反射强度降低,同时光子禁带宽度变窄,禁带位置蓝移;随着温度增加,...
