摘    要:应用光镜和扫描电镜研究低能铜离子注入绿豆(PhaseolusaureusRoxb)种胚细胞结构的变化,结果表明绿豆种胚被铜离子注入的区域其细胞结构和未注入的对比,发生了一定程度的变化并出现了局部损伤。在实验室条件下通过观察绿豆种胚的萌发过程,表明离子注入造成的局部细胞损伤在8h后得到修复,同时记录了离子注入对绿豆种胚萌发以后生长的影响。

Abstract:With light and scanning electron microscopes, we observed changes in the structure of the seed embryos of phaseolus aureus Roxb after low-energy copper ions had been injected into the seeds. The result shows that in the injected area some changes have taken place in the cells of cotyledons and the cells are partially injured. Under lab conditions, the observation of the germinating process of the seeds showed that the local injury was repaired in 8 hours. We also recorded the effects of the injection of ions on the growth of the seed embryos after germination. The experiment did some useful exploration of biological effects of seeds injected with ions.
