摘    要:根据市政管网的特点和管理部门的需求,开发一套可监控和管理市政管网的管理系统.本系统以GIS、SCADA和数据库技术为基础,将GIS应用平台和SCADA系统高度集成,实现了空间数据和实时数据的一体化管理.基于ArcGIS的GIS平台与SCADA技术相结合,可对市政管网进行动态监控和集中管理,为市政管网的安全运行和预警、防灾、减灾提供强有力的保障.

Abstract:According to the characteristics of municipal pipe network and demands of management offices,a management system that can monitor and manage the network was developed.Based on GIS,SCADA and database technique,the application platform of GIS was combined with SCADA in the simulation system,and spatial data and real-time data were managed by means of integration.In combination with SCADA technology,the application platform of GIS,based on ArcGIS,can play an important role in dynamic monitoring and centralized management of the municipal pipe network,and provide a strong protection for its safe operation,early warning,disaster prevention and mitigation.
