摘    要:以黄酮与皂苷含量为考察指标,研究了不同季节、不同产地和同一产地不同部位香椿黄酮与皂苷的含量变化。结果表明,香椿黄酮与皂苷含量以11月份采集的样品含量最高,分别可达到叶片干重的4.57%和2.25%,不同产地香椿黄酮与皂苷含量有明显差异,北方和中原地区黄酮与皂甘含量均大于南方的江苏、上海地区采集的样品。同一产地香椿植株不同部位的黄酮与皂苷含量也有显著差别,其中根、皮中黄酮含量较高,树根中黄酮含量为2.27%,树皮中黄酮含量为3.27%,叶柄黄酮含量低,只有0.92%。皂苷含量以根部较高,达到1.47%,而叶柄皂苷含量只有0.40%。

Abstract:The contents of flavones and saponins of Toona sinensis leaves from different harvesting seasons and different producing areas were studied in this paper. The contents of flavones and saponins of different parts of Toona sinensis were also investigated. On the basis of dry weight, the contents of flavones and saponins of Toona sinensis harvested in November were 4.57% and 2.25%, respectively, both of which amounted the highest through the year. The contents of flavones and saponlns of Toona sinensis collected from different areas in China had distinct difference, the sample picked up in Northern China and Central China had a higher content of flavones and saponins than those of Southern China such as jiangsu province and shanghai city. Even if the sample picked up from the same area, the number was also different. The higher content of flavones of Toona sinensis were found in root and bark, the number was 2.27% and 3.27%, respectively, while the number in leafstalk only 0.92%. The contents of saponins in root and leafstalk were 1.47% and 0.40%, respectively.
