| 摘 要： | 通过单因素和正交试验，确定了以乙醇为溶剂的银杏叶中黄酮的最佳提取条件。将此条件下浸提液蒸干，得粗提物，其黄酮含量为２．９８％，定性试验和紫外光谱分析结果表明，银杏叶中黄酮类化合物主要为黄酮醇类。

| Abstract: | The optimum extraction conditions of flavone in ginkgo biloba by ethanol were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Under those conditions, the semifinished product was obtained by evaporating the extract. Content of flavone in the product was 2. 98%.The main components of the flavonoids were identified to be flavonols according to qualitative experiments and U. V. Spectrophotometry. |
