早期超声心动图对急性心肌梗死患者住院预后的价值

目的探讨急性心肌梗死（AMI）病人早期行床旁超声心动图对住院预后的价值．方法选取48例早期行床旁超声心动图的AMI病人与76例于心梗入院15天后行超声心动图的AMI病人，比较两组病人射血分数（EF）值及三个月的死亡率；依心梗后EF值35％为界限进行分组，比较两组患者死亡率．结果依入院天数分组病人EF的差异无统计学意义，两组间三个月的死亡率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；依EF％值分组，两组间三个月死亡率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．00）结论AMI病人早期行床旁超声心动图有利于改善其预后、减少病死率．

Prognostic Value of Echocardiogarphy for Patients in Hospital with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To study the diagnosing value of early bedside echocardiography for patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods Forty-eight patients with acute myocardial infarction were examined by early bedside echocardiogarphy and seventy-six patients with acute myocardial infarction after fifteen-days were examined by echocardiogarphy , EF and three- month mortality was compared between the patients of two groups .Setted 35% as the boundary of EF, three- month mortality was compared between the patients of two groups. Result EF between two groups of patients with acute myocardial infarction divided by different days of hospital admission has no difference, there was great difference between the two groups in three-month mortality （P〈0.05） ; The patients who were divided by different EF have different mortality after three-month investigation （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The patients with acute myocardial infarction examined by early bedside echocardiogarphy will have a good termination ,it also can deduce the mortality .
