回弹-超声波综合法混凝土抗压强度非破损检测研究

应用本地区典型混凝土原材料制作6种不同强度等级的混凝土标准试件,并按照现行相关技术规程要求分别进行了回弹法和超声波法混凝土抗压强度非破损检测试验。应用大型通用数学软件Matlab7.0多种不同类型函数的回归优化分析,建立了反映回弹值、声速值及回弹-声速值与混凝土抗压强度之间相关关系的测强曲线。结果表明,与现有回弹法或超声波法等单一检测法相比,所建立的混凝土抗压强度非破损二元对数型测强曲线精度较高,宜在本地区优先采用。

Study on Concrete Compression Strength with Rebounding-ultrasonic Non-destruction Detecting Synthesis Method

Regional materials in local area are used to make the concrete testing blocks.The rebounding and ultrasonic non-destruction detecting testing for concrete compression strength were done by using the six types of strength grades concrete standard specimens according to national technical regulation.And by using the common software Matlab7.0,the mathematical models between rebounding values,ultrasonic velocity values,rebounding-ultrasonic method values and concrete compression strength were set up by three kinds of functions’ regression analysis.Compared with the rebounding testing method or the ultrasonic testing method,the binary logarithmic form strength curve for concrete non-destruction detecting testing has higher precision and should be firstly used when the conditions are permitted,.
