大学新生学习适应与人格关系研究

摘    要:目的研究大学新生学习适应的现状以及学习适应与人格之间的关系。方法对山西省某高校405名大学一年级学生进行学习适应、人格问卷测评。结果男女大学新生在教学方式适应上存在显著差异(P<0.01),独生子女与非独生子女在学习态度、学习能力、学习技术及学习自主性上存在显著差异(P<0.01),来自重点中学与普通中学的大学生在学习技术、学习内容适应和学习环境适应上差异显著(P<0.05)。人格变量中的E因子和N因子与学习适应显著相关(P<0.01),并进入了大学新生学习适应的回归方程。结论大学新生具有一定程度的学习适应;大学新生人格中的E因子及N因子能较好地预测其学习适应程度。

Abstract:Objective: Study the situation of freshmen’s learning adaptability and the relationship among learning adaptability and personality traits.Methods: Questionnaires about learning adaptability,personality trait were conducted to survey 405 freshmen in a university in shanxi.Results: There was a significant difference in adjustment to the mode of teaching between male and female freshmen(P < 0.01).The only child and non-only child college student had significance in study attitude、learning capacity、Learning technology and autonomy in learning(P < 0.01).The students from key middle schools and rural ordinary middle school had significance in Learning technology、 academic adaptability and adjustment to learning environment(P < 0.05).There was a significant correlation between learning adjustment and personality E and N entered into the regression equation of learning adjustment(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Freshmen have some degree of learning adaptation,and personality E and N can forecast their degree of learning adjustment.
